Root & Plate grows its own greens. We raise herbs and microgreens in a hydroponic water-farm right here in Amman, then build fresh, simple, full-flavoured food around them — picked at the pass, never trucked in.
Most greens travel for days to reach you. Ours travel from the next room to your plate.
